Permanent Makeup Removal Cambridge, Microblading Removal in Cambridge, Tattoo Removal Cambridge
Have you got permanent makeup, microblading, or a small body tattoo that you are not happy with? Do you wonder if it can be removed, lightened or corrected? Luckily yes, it can!
I provide permanent makeup removal in Cambridge, microblading removal in Cambridge, and small body tattoo removal in Cambridge.
I am trained in removal of the following areas:
I'm using two different methods of removal:
1. Laser tattoo removal (or permanent makeup or microblading removal) which can be used for eyebrows removal, permanent lips removal, and body tattoo removal (although permanent eyeliner can be removed with the laser, I DO NOT perform laser removal of permanent eyeliner because of the risks that the laser removal treatment on eyelids poses).
Laser tattoo removal method breaks the ink into smaller particles, which then are removed by your immune system in the next few weeks.
2. Saline tattoo removal is a non-laser method of removal/lightening of unwanted tattoos and permanent makeup and microblading. It can be used on brows, lips, eyeliner and small body tattoos.
This method involves placing a special solution inside the skin, the same way how the pigments were placed into the skin when doing your permanent makeup/tattoo. During healing, some pigment will come out and flake off with the scabs, thus leaving a lighter tattoo underneath.

Emergency Permanent Makeup/Tattoo Removal
Emergency removal can be performed within 48 hours of an unwanted tattoo/permanent makeup/microblading being done. It will only work within this time frame and the earlier emergency removal session will be performed the better the results will be. After that time the skin will close and emergency removal won't be effective. If more than 48 hours has passed since the tattoo was done, a full healing process of 8 weeks must occur before attempting a regular saline tattoo removal.

Permanent eyebrows removal case study
My client came to my clinic in Cambridge asking if her permanent eyebrows can be removed.
She had microblading performed by a newly qualified artist a few years ago, and unfortunately, the outcome wasn't the best: purplish colour, unflattering shape, left and right brows quite different.
It wasn't a quick journey: it took us around a year to finally give this lovely lady the new brows she deserves!
Old permanent makeup removal (tattoo removal) is not a quick process: it requires several lightening sessions with 2-3 months in between to allow enough time for skin to regenerate and old ink to be gradually flushed out from the skin.
In this particular case, it took 4 sessions of saline tattoo removal to achieve enough lightning to be able to create the new eyebrow shape.
In the bottom photo, you can see her new eyebrows straight after the treatment, so they look darker, but will lighten to a soft natural looking shadow once healed. The new shape is a lot more symmetrical and flattering, creating a visual lift and opening up the eyes, creating that beautiful frame for the face that we all desire.
Do your eyebrows need fixing? Have you got a poor quality permanent makeup on other parts of your face like lips or eyelids? Have you got poor quality scalp micropigmentation? Or perhaps you have an unwanted body tattoo you wish to be gone?
I offer two types of permanent makeup and tattoo removal: laser and saline removal, and will create a bespoke treatment plan to get rid of that unwanted tattoo and give you your confidence back!
